EFB v1
purchased at or after 22 August 2014:
To recover old EFB v1 license keys, purchased at or after 22 August 2014, you have to follow the instructions above, like EFB v2 / SimpleCam v1.
purchased before 22 August 2014:
To recover old EFB v1 license keys, purchased before 22 August 2014, you have to send a request to 'support@aivlasoft.com'. You have to provide the email address which was used for this purchase, the purchase date and your name. Without this information old license keys cannot be recovered.
If you are trying to install your license key, but you get faced with the screenshot below, please send an email to 'support@aivlasoft.com' and let us know your name and your license key.
